I started my police career in 2008 at the Parker Police Department as a report technician, and took a full time position in Records in 2013. Living in Parker, it was important for me to have some positive participation in my community. I trained under the Alert Sam Chairwoman, Jennifer Degenhart and learned a lot in a short amount of time. In 2016 I was nominated and accepted a position as the Alert Sam Secretary to help support this organization, and all of its members., In 2017 after I accepted my current position as Records Supervisor in Lone Tree, I was finally able to retire from my 2nd job at Safeway after 28 &amp, ¬Ω years! I feel very blessed and proud to be a part of, and have close access to the members of CCRN and ALERT Sam. I really think that with the help and support of each other we can all help to hold one another up, and become better at what we do all the time., We do a lot to help law enforcement do its job as well as possible, and bring a good light to the backstage of law enforcement and I think we should all take a lot of pride in that. What we do is really important to not just us, but the organizations that we work for, and the communities we serve.
I was born and raised in Colorado, and I love it here., My husband of 18 years is a landscape construction foreman, and have a wonderful son in middle school. When I’m not at work, with any luck, you’ll find me enjoying our amazing state, horseback riding, sledding or skiing with my son when it snows., I am also an amateur photographer and have shot many stills, portraits, senior photos, and even a few weddings.
